IMO set-up & synergy planning (PMI)

Following major consolidation within the industry ($4bn+) I helped set-up the IMO, detailed out the synergy plan and tracking.

Digital Transformation program set-up

For this leading semicon player in South of Holland, I helped set-up a multi year, tripple million digit transformation program. My work included co-creating with the client a transformation map and setting up the relevant PMO.

Commercial improvement program @ PE-owned TowerCo

Focusing on its biggest customer (€500m p.a.) identified and helped deliver a number of commercial and operational improvements, valuing c. €20m p.a.

$40m p.a. cross-border revenue program

Following major consolidation within the industry ($4bn+) I set-up a Europe wide commercial and operational improvement program identifying, validating and defining key initiatives.

Day 1 prep for €18bn acquisition
